Regaliz (Glycyrrhiza glabra)

La raíz de regaliz es bien conocida por ser una hierba utilizada para armonizar las fórmulas herbales Chinas. Se ha empleado como medicina en China durante al menos 2.000 años. La ciencia moderna ha demostrado que el regaliz tiene valor como agente anti-inflamatorio1, 2, 3,4y anti-microbiano 5,6,7. También se ha demostrado que reduce la picazón 8en la dermatitis atópica.
